Pre-Order Policy
Card Croc allows you to pre-order items before they are available in store.
As product release dates keep changing, please check the pre-order product's page for the most up to date information on ETA as we receive it.
Please review our pre-order policy before proceeding with placing a pre-order. By placing your order you acknowledge & agree to these terms.
- If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.
- The release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages. You acknowledge that delivery times may be delayed due to an item being delayed.
- Please place separate orders unless you are happy to wait for the entire order to be in stock regardless of any delays.
- If you have placed an order and require separate postage due to a delay or mistake, please contact us to arrange.
- If an order is severely impacted by a delay or otherwise, we will inform you of this as soon as we can.
- We do our best to communicate any changes to pre-orders, especially in respect of stock allocations for heavily in demand items. Please keep in mind that we stock a wide range of products and we are not always advised of changes to release dates or stock arrivals immediately, so we apologize for any delays in passing this information along.
- In the event our stock allocation is altered, we will communicate this immediately to you so we can work out the best possible solution (such as a product substitution or refund for the portion of the order that has been allocated down).
Afterpay is not available for:
- Pre-orders
- Gift Cards
Cancelling A Pre-Order
- We offer a 3 day grace period if you change your mind. You may cancel your order without penalty within that time.
- If you would like your pre-order cancelled outside the 3 day grace period, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total item value.
- However, we have never enforced this cancellation fee, as cancellations are generally due to release delays, in which cases we do our best to accommodate via other means, such as substitutions.
