Australia Post is our shipping partner, however we also offer shipping with Sendle, as it is often more affordable for heavy parcels & international shipping.

Yes, free standard shipping with tracking automatically applies for orders within Australia over AUD$175.00.
Yes, all of our orders come with shipping, both with Australia post (our main shipping partner), as well as for Sendle orders.
Yes, we do. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout. Please note, international orders can take anywhere between 7-16 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Please choose your items carefully. Generally, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, an item must be:
1) faulty, or
2) was wrongly described on our website, or
3) is different to the product you purchased on our website, or
4) it doesn’t perform as advertised.

You must make your refund or exchange claim within 14 business days since you placed your purchase with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges after this time.

As a rule of thumb, unless stated otherwise, all cards on the site are Near Mint to Mint.
We are more than happy to send individual images of the front and rear of the cards, especially higher value cards, prior to purchase. Please just contact us and we will get back to you ASAP!
We only stock official factory sealed products. A majority of our singles are pulled straight from their original boosters and sleeved, and as such are considered Near Mint to Mint, however a few may be in a Slightly Played condition. The condition of a card will be clearly indicated on the item page.

We do our best to restock items, especially popular ones, as soon as practical. The best way to make sure you don’t miss out is to select the “Notify me when back in stock” option on the item you are interested in. We will send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

We package every order carefully to ensure you receive your items undamaged.
Sealed TCG Product & Accessories are individual bubble wrapped into corrugated boxes and then protected from movement during transit with void fillers, to remove any empty space in your parcel.
Single cards are sleeved and then placed into a top loader upside down. This way, we are able to tape the top loader closed to prevent water or dust entering the top loader, whilst also protecting your precious cards from coming into contact with the tape, as the top of the inner sleeve is facing away from the opening of the top loader (genius!). The top loader is then reinforced with a small piece of cardboard and then finally, lovingly inserted into a padded mailer for transit.
